I'm a nurse coach and facilitator of mind body medicine groups. My work blends science and lived experience, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, process what is present, and feel supported in community.
This work is rooted in over two decades of experience in healthcare, alongside training in mind body medicine, sound, and integrative healing practices.
I believe healing happens in connection with ourselves, with others, and with the natural rhythms within us.
