Warm Spring Youth Summer Camp

Youth Mind Body Programs

Supportive, experiential programs offered throughout the year where youth learn practical mind-body skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and connection.

Through breathing, movement, mindfulness, creative expression, guided imagery, time in nature, and interaction with animals, youth build greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection with themselves, others, and the world around them.
